what is HummingHearts?

HummingHearts is our commitment to doing good through creative work and compassionate action. Over the past 30 years, we've given over $1 million in discounted and pro-bono services to more than 50 local, regional, national, and international non-profits. Whether it's amplifying the voice of a local non-profit or mentoring aspiring creatives, we show up with heart.

We contribute in a variety of ways:

Creative Campaigns that help communities connect and grow.
In-Kind Donations of our expertise and time to causes that make a difference.

In 1995, a little Hummingbird was born, meeting our first clients at a Cary Chamber of Commerce Business Expo. Mike Anderson of Advent Screenprinting, Ken Pasfield of Carolina Job Finder, and Michael Currin of Greenscape/Franklin Hill Farms needed some typesetting (what’s that?), logo design work, and t-shirt graphics. We will forever be grateful to these first clients, mentors, and friends who gave us a start, and all the rest who have followed them.

What started as a boutique graphic design studio in a condo in Cary, NC is now a national award-winning, full-service brand strategy agency helping best-in-class SMBs build their business valuation through better branding.
