Mike Neel is responsible for conceptual and creative development across a diverse range of channels and clients. Mike began his creative career in 2002. He has extensive experience producing innovative projects throughout various industries, including healthcare, life science, and realty markets. He has worked across every phase of a brand’s lifecycle locally, nationally, and globally, and understands the need to adapt creative for each situation.

Mike is an independently motivated, conceptual thinker with strong design skills and a proven record of guiding and producing innovative creative marketing solutions. He excels in innovating creative solutions that are focused on client success. His compliance background ensures that the creative product goes through stringent technical benchmarks in order to be of the highest quality possible.

Mike has directed and delivered creative on integrated branding solutions for a variety of clients including: Mayne Pharma, Pfizer, Biogen, United Therapeutics, Bio Delivery Science International, Veloxis, Arbor Pharmaceuticals, FISU World University Games, American Board of Pediatrics, Clarus Partners, Kymanox, Vestaron, Best Day Psychiatry and Counseling, and TrueCare Dentistry.

Mike is a graduate of Radford University and Virginia Tech.

Hanna Stewart has a proven track record of serving clients with joy and respect, rooted in property marketing and leasing strategy roles prior to working at Hummingbird. Since joining the team in February 2023, she has gained additional experience servicing B2B clients in healthcare, life science, technology, and government sectors. Hanna excels in listening to understand client needs, organizing tactics to align with strategic plans, goals and budgets, communicating with vendors, and trafficking jobs through the agency with efficiency.

Hanna is a graduate of NC State University with a Bachelor of Science in Textiles Brand Management and Marketing and a minor in Business Administration.

Morgan Bilan works collaboratively with the team to produce creative deliverables which advance the services provided to clients. She crafts print and digital media for a variety of clients and has a deep understanding of design principles. Previously, she worked at Walter Magazine on production and advertisement creation for a monthly magazine. Since joining Hummingbird, she has gained additional experience in brand development clients, including FISU World University Games, Kramden Institute, Charlotte Aquatics, The Stillwater Companies, TowerCo, and TrueCare Dentistry. She has designed multiple complex websites with WordPress for clients and updates client websites regularly with new content and graphics. Morgan creates artful social media landscapes to support the strategy each month for B2B and B2C clients.

Morgan is a graduate of UNC Greensboro with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Studio Art with a concentration in New Media & Design and a minor in Spanish.

Nicole Tomicki brings a fresh perspective and creative energy to our marketing efforts. She excels in managing project flow and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality. Nicole is dedicated to collaborative work, building strong client relationships, and understanding their unique needs. She serves as a liason between client needs, the team, and our vendors. Nicole’s attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that all projects run smoothly and efficiently, and her passion for marketing and commitment to excellence are evident in her work. Nicole conducts in-depth research on behalf of our clients. Her contributions help to drive our success and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
