Avance Care is a primary and family medical care provider dedicated to providing excellent care for children, teens and adults. Hummingbird assisted in the identification of a key feature that distinguishes Avance Care from its competition -- its unique patient care model. Understanding that time is important, Avance Care focused on online technology aimed to increase convenience for families on-the-go. Avance Care needed a website geared towards their audience that offered online tools and services designed to shorten tedious patient paperwork tasks while maintaining quality time with the doctor. Hummingbird shaped Avance Care's impressive library of information--multiple locations and services, articles and news, videos, online scheduling--into a clean, well-organized site that was both easy to navigate and time-saving for patients. The new site offered conveniences such as paperless registration, online chat, downloadable forms, and much more. Large, color photos highlighted diversity, showcasing bustling families of all races, ages, and lifestyles.
