Fraysen Systems is a solution architecture and management firm with the goal of providing information when and where it is needed—enabling businesses to run smoothly and employees to take initiative. With a utilitarian mindset, Fraysen has been developing system solutions for over a decade.
Fraysen began after founder and CEO Finbar Gallagher realized that small businesses needed the ability to run complex algorithms of large data streams just like fortune 100 companies. Otherwise the data remained cluttered and ultimately inert. Fraysen’s goal was to help businesses create a constant flow of actionable information that could be customized for a fraction of the cost a large consulting firm would charge to develop a similar product. Fraysen’s unique approach trusts owners and operators to determine information needs rather than IT departments, which ultimately creates a more flexible, comprehensive, and intuitive system—a system that produces results and can be modified and adapted without hiring an external IT professional.
Hummingbird worked closely with Finbar Gallagher to create a brand and product strategy that could thrive in a new environment.
Fraysen Systems needed to market their unique approach and story through a compelling brand strategy that would enable the company to relocate from Ireland to the United States and expand from existing niche-market clients to new fields, systems, and processes.
Hummingbird created a technology centric brand identity for Fraysen Systems, which included a new designs for the website, sales collateral, posters, marketing automation assets, and trade show exhibits. Hummingbird continuously reinforcing Fraysen’s story of supplying properly contextualized information exactly when and where it was needed.
To help Fraysen move into new markets, Hummingbird built a more open and accessible website with less jargon and more dynamic content that broadened their product relevance to include business process automation, operations management control, and supply chain management.
With an increase in perspective clientele, Hummingbird also improved sales collateral and marketing assets with vibrant images of systems and processes that reinforced Fraysen’s commitment to supplying instant, properly contextualized information all within a sustainable business model.
